Weather and Safety Delays

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, including but not limited to:

Wet grass

Lightning or thunderstorms

Extreme heat

Frozen ground

Unsafe terrain

Poor visibility

Other safety concerns

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC reserves the right to reschedule service if completing the work may damage the lawn, damage equipment, or create unsafe working conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for preparing the property before service. This includes removing or securing:

Toys

Hoses

Extension cords

Pet waste

Trash

Lawn furniture

Decorations

Tools

Branches or large debris

Other items that may interfere with service

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in the lawn or service area. Additional fees may apply if items must be moved before service can begin.

Customers are also responsible for ensuring safe access to the property, including unlocked gates, clear entry points, and notifying us of pets or hazards.

Property Access

By scheduling service, the customer gives Lawn Care Sergeant LLC permission to access the agreed service areas of the property. If access is blocked or unavailable at the time of service, a trip fee or rescheduling fee may apply.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include electronic payment platforms, invoices, or other approved payment options.

Recurring customers are responsible for keeping payment information, contact information, and service instructions current.

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC reserves the right to pause or discontinue recurring service due to unpaid invoices, unsafe property conditions, repeated access issues, or changes in service availability.

Service Satisfaction

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC strives to provide professional and quality service. Customers should report any concerns as soon as possible after service is completed.

If a service issue is reported in a reasonable timeframe, Lawn Care Sergeant LLC may review the concern and determine whether a correction, adjustment, or follow-up visit is appropriate.

Damage and Liability

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC will make reasonable efforts to avoid property damage. However, Lawn Care Sergeant LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

Hidden objects in the grass

Unmarked irrigation systems

Unmarked wires or cables

Unmarked landscape lighting

Loose edging or pavers

Rocks, debris, or objects left in the yard

Pre-existing property damage

Unsafe or poorly maintained areas

Items not removed before service

Customers should notify Lawn Care Sergeant LLC before service begins of any known hazards, fragile areas, underground systems, or property concerns.

Use of Photos

Lawn Care Sergeant LLC may take before-and-after photos of service areas for documentation, estimates, quality control, or marketing purposes. We will make reasonable efforts not to include personal identifying information, addresses, license plates, or private areas.

Customers may request that photos of their property not be used for marketing by contacting us.

Text Message Communications
